The ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System is focused on customers, and there is
a requirement for customer requirements to be identified
and customer satisfaction to be measured on a regular basis. We
undertake customer satisfaction surveys for companies having
implemented the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System.

survey support including training and design of surveys for others to
